Recovery uses purchaser proof for manual support review of the same covered release line. It does not silently expand entitlement scope.

The recovery request boundary requires purchaser email plus a license ID or Stripe reference. Accepted proof enters manual support review through request@tnsds.tech; it does not trigger automatic identity resolution or an always-on license lookup.
A successful support review can reissue a signed offline-verifiable JSON license file for the covered release line.
The server rejects malformed requests or insufficient proof. Contact support with the available receipt or session evidence; a page visit alone cannot recover, replace, or expand a license entitlement.
